La Maison Avec Vue

La Maison Avec Vue is a beautiful new wedding venue located in Adelaide, Australia. Set amongst rolling hills and beautiful countryside, the venue boasts spectacular views to provide the ultimate backdrop to any dream wedding ceremony and reception. Having hosted multiple family weddings already, founder Amanda is now looking to develop the venue into a more established business, starting with the current Marquee / Canopy hire and later expanding to include another more permanent structure on the premises.

Our brief is to create a unique, professional and engaging brand identity to help bring the new business to life and set it up for future success with a flexible brand toolkit that can adapt to their needs as they grow. We also want to carry their identity across to a beautiful digital home in the form of a single page website that will showcase all the essential info and images that a couple might be looking for when choosing their perfect venue.

Brand Strategy & Identity

Starting with the essential foundations of your brand, we’ll dive deep into your story, positioning, industry competitors and target audience, and how all of these elements combine to create a brand that is unique to you and attracts your ideal people.

We’ll then create a beautiful, timeless identity founded in strategy, that goes beyond trends and carves out a niche in your industry, telling your own unique story while being firmly aligned with your dream customers and what they’re searching for.

Single Page Website

Set your business up for the strongest start with a professionally designed website that brings your brand and unique experience to life!

Built on Wordpress or Squarespace depending on your preference, our single page websites are the perfect starting point for new businesses, presenting customers with an engaging and consistent brand experience and giving your brand a beautiful online home that you can take ownership of.

2 visual concepts outlining look and feel.

1 developed design direction for approval and sign-off before build commences.

Plugin integration - email marketing / newsletter setup, instagram feed etc.

1:1 training session and user manual.

Not Included

Our Wordpress sites are built on our own hosting and will need to be transferred to your own hosting prior to launch, unless you would like us to continue hosting your site as part of an ongoing maintenance plan (billed in addition to project balance, if required).

Similarly with Squarespace, a paid plan will be required to launch your website which is the client's responsibility.

As with all websites, your domain and associated annual renewal costs are also your responsibility.

Our Process

Step 1 - Onboarding

The link below under 'Next Steps' will take you through to your contract. Upon signing you will automatically be sent an invoice for your deposit. Once your contract is signed and deposit paid we can get started! We will arrange a time with you for your strategy call and send you a checklist of things that we will need for your website.

Step 2 - Strategy

Our strategy sessions are usually a 90min - 2hr session where we get to know all the finer details of your business and industry. We will then put together a detailed strategy document that provides a blueprint for how your brand will come together and how we plan to make your brand stand out from your competitors!

Step 3 - Concepts

We will develop 2 visual concepts for your brand identity and website, showing how all the individual elements come together to create your brand as a whole. We will send the concepts to you for your feedback and we can make any required revisions before moving onto the development stage.

Step 4 - Development

Based on your feedback we will refine the concepts and then ask you to pick your chosen route for further development. This is where we polish everything up and make sure your brand and website are even better than you imagined. You will also have another round of revisions where you can request any changes to make sure everything is perfect!

Step 5 - Wrapping Up

We hand over all your sparkly new brand assets and transfer ownership of your site to you if we haven't already done so. We will also do a training session with you on your specific website platform so that you feel confident making any changes that you might want at a later date. You will also receive brand guidelines that provides a useful reference for your brand to hand over to any other contractors you might be working with.

Step 6 - Celebrate your launch!

At this stage you will have your finalised website ready to accept bookings and a beautiful new brand to be proud of. It's time to crack open some bubbles and celebrate all your hard work - we will be right there with you, with an aperol spritz in hand!

Payment Plans

Our projects are typically divided into 3 monthly payments with a deposit, middle and end payment. If you would like to discuss a longer option just let Vicky know.

Frequently Asked Questions

I need help with copy writing, is this something you can do?

We don't do copywriting ourselves, however we have worked with some amazing copywriters that we could recommend. We have worked alongside them on previous projects and are able to integrate their process and schedule seamlessly into your project as an additional member of the team.

Can you help with Social Media?

We don't provide social media management services at this time, however all of our brand identity projects include a full suite of social media templates (for stories and feed posts) that are provided in Canva for ease of use. These allow for easy editing and updating so that you have a full toolkit available either for yourself or to pass over to a social media manager / agency.

Is there anything I need to provide?

For branding projects, generally no, other than any inspiration you would like us to include! For website projects we will need copy and high resolution images but we will prompt you for these further into the process.

How do I provide content / needed items?

Each of our clients has their own folder on our google drive where we store all your work in progress and eventually your final files. We will share the link for your folder after onboarding alongside a word template for providing your copy.

How long will the process take?

Generally our branding projects take 6-8 weeks. With combined branding / website projects we will usually overlap certain stages, for example your brand and website strategy will be done at the same time, and your identity and homepage concepts / refinement also done alongside each other - This means at the end of your project everything will be finished together so that you're ready to launch asap!

Are we able to arrange payment plans?

Of course! We want to make your project as flexible as possible for you. Our projects are split into 3 monthly payments as standard, with a start, middle and end payment. If you would like to arrange a payment plan over a longer period, such as 6 months, just ask us :)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers in AUD, GBP and EUR, and card payments via Stripe.

Is there any flexibility with pricing?

While we have structured our pricing according to the time and expertise involved, we're always open to a discussion with you! Sometimes we might be able to reduce deliverables to fit your budget or come to a solution involving a special payment plan. Please don't hesitate to ask us if you're concerned or unsure!
