Sipt

Sipt is an exciting new smoothie brand currently in development by founders Tiona & Neil. As a new product and business, they are looking to create a versatile and engaging brand identity, and eye-catching packaging that sets them apart from competitors and helps them to stand out on the shelf and online.

Our goal is to provide them with the essential foundations of their new brand - through brand strategy and market research that will provide a roadmap for their future growth, and a beautiful brand identity and product concept that gives them a complete toolkit of elements to showcase the product on social media and beyond.

Phase 1

Brand & Packaging

Starting with the essential foundations of your brand, we’ll dive deep into your story, positioning, industry competitors and target audience, and how all of these elements combine to create a brand that is unique to you and attracts your ideal people.

We’ll then create a beautiful, timeless identity founded in strategy, and packaging that carves out a niche in your industry, telling your own unique story while being firmly aligned with your dream customers and what they’re searching for.

Font licenses, proof and prototyping costs (these are provided by your chosen supplier) and the final packaging production costs are not included. We will always discuss these costs with you beforehand to ensure you're happy to proceed or find a suitable alternative.

Payment Plan

Your project will be divided into 5 monthly payments, with the first due upon completion of your contract, and then on the same date for 4 following months.

Our Process

Step 1 - Onboarding

The link below under 'Next Steps' will take you through to your contract. Upon signing you will automatically be sent an invoice for your deposit. Once your contract is signed and deposit paid we can get started! I will arrange a time with you for your strategy call and send you a short guide on things to think about to prepare for your session.

Step 2 - Strategy

Your strategy session is usually a 90min - 2hr session where I get to know all the finer details of your business and industry. I will then put together a detailed strategy document that provides a blueprint for how your brand will come together and how we plan to make your brand stand out from your competitors, as well as initial design directions in the form of mood boards.

Step 3 - Concepts

I will develop 2 detailed visual concepts for your brand identity and packaging, showing how all the individual elements come together to create your brand as a whole. I will send the concepts to you for your feedback and can make any required revisions before moving onto the refinement stage.

Step 4 - Refinement

Based on your feedback I will refine the concepts and then ask you to pick your chosen route for further development. This is where we polish everything up and make sure your brand and packaging are even better than you imagined. You will also have another round of revisions where you can request any changes to make sure everything is perfect!

Step 5 - Wrapping Up

I hand over all your sparkly new brand assets and packaging artwork to you if I haven't already done so. You will also receive brand guidelines that provides a useful reference for your brand to hand over to any other contractors you might be working with. This will give you a comprehensive toolkit to bring your brand to life consistently whatever the application.

Step 6 - Time to celebrate!

In this final stage of the process, I oversee the proofing and prototyping of your packaging for approval so that you can see how the finished product looks! If you are proceeding straight to manufacture I will also liase with you and the supplier to ensure a seamless hand-off. Then it's time to sit back and celebrate!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there anything I need to provide?

For branding, generally no, other than any inspiration you would like me to include! I will send you a short guide of things to think about for your strategy session but that's about it! For packaging, I will need your finalised product information, including ingredients, legal notices and any symbols that are required by law. I can create the initial design for your packaging without these, however we won't be able to proceed to proofing and prototyping without this information.

How do I provide content / needed items?

Each of my clients has their own folder on the studio google drive where I store all your work in progress and eventually your final files. I will share the link for your folder after onboarding alongside a word template for providing your copy.

How long will the process take?

Generally, combined branding and packaging projects take 6-8 weeks for the design stage. If you are proceeding straight to production, manufacturing timelines will depend on your chosen supplier and their schedule. I will liaise with them throughout the process to make sure you know what is happening and when!

Are we able to arrange payment plans?

Of course! I want to make your project as flexible as possible for you. Our projects are split into 3 monthly payments as standard, with a start, middle and end payment. If you would like to arrange a payment plan over a longer period, such as 6 months, just drop me an email :)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers in AUD, GBP and EUR, and card payments via Stripe.
