Threshold
Threshold was an existing client of ours who came back to us to help with getting their website ready for launch. They had been gradually building it out themselves but weren't quite happy with how it was coming together and their launch was quickly approaching. Using your existing shopify site as a basis, we will either replicate your theme or purchase a new one that feels more aligned with your specific goals and requirements. We then work our magic via the backend of your existing shopify account, saving you the hassle of starting from scratch as we utilise your existing product catalogue and settings. Between a front-end refresh and some back-end css for extra customisation, we give your store a complete overhaul, page by page, including new product page templates, collection pages and homepage, as well as any others you need.

How it Works:
Onboarding
Select your chosen week from the date picker, and your choice of payment plan. Pay for your project, and then we will send you an onboarding email with your checklist of items to do / provide before your project start date.
Planning Call
We will have a call with you prior to your chosen week, where we can go over all the changes you'd like to make and any new additions, and create a scope of work together.
Project Start
The fun part! On the Monday of your chosen week we get started on implementing all the items discussed in our planning call. As we will be working on your existing Shopify account, it's super easy for you to follow progress!
Feedback
At the end of each day, we will send you a summary email to update you on how we're getting on. We ask you to review the changes so far and let us know of any changes as quickly as possible.
Project Wrap Up
By EOD on the Friday of your chosen week, your beautiful new site will be ready to go! We will have a call with you to go over everything and make sure you're happy, and then we can link everything up and launch!

What payment options are available?
All payments are processed through our website by Credit or Debit Card. When selecting your chosen week from the date picker, you will have the option to choose to pay upfront in-full, or split the project into 2 payments, with one due at point of booking, and the balance billed automatically on the Friday of your chosen week.
What if I'd like custom section(s)?
Due to the short timeframe of our intensive projects, we are unable to include custom liquid sections in The Shopify Spruce-Up. If there is a custom section that you are specifically looking for, we can quote for this separately in addition to your project, and work with you to find the best time to add this in to your website. If you are looking for more complex layouts with lots of customisation, The Spruce-Up might not be the best option for your project and we'd advise booking a discovery call with us here to discuss a bespoke build.
What is the difference between The Shopify Spruce-Up and your bespoke website packages?
The Shopify Spruce-Up was designed specifically to be an intensive option, so works to a much shorter timeline, is more affordable and is suitable for quick, simple transformations. Our bespoke projects start at $14k AUD and are more in-depth, taking on average 6-8 weeks and designed completely from scratch to cater to any advanced customisations you might need.

Does The Shopify Spruce-Up need to be completed in 1 week?
Yes. In order to ensure that all websites are completed in a timely manner, we ask that you dedicate 5 consecutive days to it, and are able to provide prompt feedback at the end of each day, and attend 2 progress calls during the course of the week.
What is included in the project fee?
Our project fee includes the cost of a new, premium theme and our design / build time only. Any associated costs for new app subscriptions (if needed) and your ongoing Shopify plan fees will remain your own responsibility.
